【Cautions】Epidemic Precautions for Colleges and Universities During the Spring Break Holidays
Dear faculties, students, and staffs:
In order to avoid epidemic breach during the spring break holidays from April 2-6, please follow the matters:
1. If you have a fever or discomfort during the holidays, please wear a mask and go to see a doctor. Please fill in the "Self-reporting system of fever or other respiratory symptoms" in the following website: https://web.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/COVID-19_N14D/Login.aspx?lang=en Once you fill the self-report system, school epidemic prevention related personnel will contact you by phone within 24 hours to understand your health conditions and provide consulting.
2. During the spring break holidays, all faculties, staffs, and students are not allowed to go abroad without permission. Please stay at home and not going to the crowd gathering place as less as possible. You may record your activities and logs by mobile phones for possible follow-up investigation of epidemic routes.
3. During the spring break holidays, all faculties, staffs, and students are advised not to attend unnecessary gatherings and meetings. Please wait until the epidemic is over. Before accepting any invitation of gathering or meeting, please carefully evaluate possible epidemic risks from participants and event venues. Please keep social distancing and avoid crowd gathering places at all times.
4. All faculties, staffs, and students should avoid contact with relatives and friends who have recently returned to Taiwan from abroad, especially relatives and friends are recently under home quarantine, home isolation, and health self-management.
5. Any faculty, student, or staff currently undergoing home quarantine and home isolation, must follow the epidemic prevention rules: Not to go out and not invite friends into your quarantine and isolation places. If there is an emergency during the time period of home quarantine, isolation, or health self-management, please call the hotlines of the following offices immediately for help: Ministry of Health and Welfare Epidemic Prevention toll free line, 1922 (or 0800-001922); NDHU health care group, 03-8906254 (working time); NDHU security hotline, 0937-295995 (off work and holiday time).
6. For school-wide disinfection and cleaning, please pay attention to the announcement of the General Affairs Office.
