【因應韓國旅遊疫情升級出入境公告】 Attention: Do not depart from South Korea to enter Taiwan

根據中央流行疫情指揮中心2/24宣布即日起提升韓國旅遊疫情建議至第三級:警告。提醒民眾避免至當地所有非必要旅遊。自2月25日零時起,自南韓入境的外籍人士,需進行14天居家檢疫;本國籍人士於2月25日、26日自南韓入境者,須落實14天自主健康管理,另自27日零時起入境之本國籍人士則實施14天居家檢疫。
國際事務處在此申明,所有本校境外生學生皆不可從中港澳搭機與轉機入台,與不可從南韓搭機(暫時不含轉機)入台,違者將視情節記過處理,並停止所有獎學金權利,嚴重者以退學論處。
國際事務處會通知所有境外生,也麻煩請各系通知所屬境外生,國際處上述公告。謝謝!
On 24 February, 2020, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) has raised the travel notice level of South Korea to Level 3: Warning, and advises people to avoid all travels to South Korea. In addition, the CECC announced that starting from 25 February, 2020, foreigners entering Taiwan from South Korea must undergo a 14-day home quarantine; that on 25 and 26 February, 2020, Taiwanese entering Taiwan from South Korea must conduct a 14-day self-health management; and that starting from 27 February, 2020, Taiwanese entering Taiwan from South Korea must undergo a 14-day home quarantine.
Here, the OIA states that the NDHU international students are not allowed to depart and transit from China, Hong Kong, and Macau to enter Taiwan; and that the NDHU international students are not allowed to depart from South Korea (transit is temporally allowed) to enter Taiwan. The NDHU will consider to record demerits, cancel all scholarship rights, and dropout for the NDHU international students who violate the aforementioned measures and the regulations of 14-day self-health management and home quarantine.
